Multi-package

A single order may require shipping in multiple parcels — e.g., when products don’t fit in one package.

How it works

1. In order details, click Add Parcel
2. Assign items to each parcel
3. Fill in dimensions and weight for each parcel separately
4. Create shipments — the system will create them all at once

Important Rules

• Insurance — divided equally between parcels
• COD (Cash on Delivery) — divided equally between parcels
• Labels — each parcel has a separate label numbered (1/N, 2/N…)
• SKU on label — each label contains SKU from the entire order (not just that parcel)

InPost Allegro Smart

With multi-package InPost Allegro Smart, some shipments may be rejected (race condition on Allegro’s side). The system automatically adds a 500ms delay between shipment creation.
