Dispatch Order

A dispatch order is a request for an InPost courier to pick up parcels from your warehouse.

When needed?

Section titled “When needed?”
  • ≥ 5 InPost parcels → system automatically suggests dispatch order
  • < 5 parcels → self-service drop-off (parcel locker or point)

How to dispatch?

Section titled “How to dispatch?”

After creating InPost shipments, a Dispatch button appears. The system creates a dispatch order via InPost ShipX API.
